Subject: TOO MUCH POWER in UPLINK
I don't understand because many stations calling on satellite have to
use hight power in uplink...this morning there was a station from
Switzerland calling with 2X13 and 20 Watts...have you an idea what is
the power budget reaching the RX on-board ?
In this way the satellite is monopolized by only one station for pass
and qrp uplink for mobile or portable operations are cutted-
off...THINK ABOUT THIS: Satellites are not the Moon, save your qro for
EME
