To all PASA members:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Parachute
Association of South Africa will be held in the ground floor meeting room at
Grand Central Airport on Wednesday, 17 February 2010 commencing at 19h00.

Please see the attached notice and agenda.

Directions to the venue are available on the PASA website (under PASA
documents - "Map to Grand Central").

A few proposed amendments to the PASA Constitution have been submitted to
the NEDs. These proposed amendments will be collated and made available to
all members via the PASA website and email listservs as soon as possible.

Please make every effort to attend this meeting. It is vital that a quorum
is present on the day. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person,
exercise your right to have a say over what happens in your sport by sending
in a proxy. Proxy forms are not available yet but will be made available at
the same time as the list of proposed changes.
